Reservation Guide

Important Notes Before Ticketing
  • All proceeds from ticket sales (10,000 KRW per ticket) will be donated. A donation receipt can be issued for the full amount, excluding the ticket reservation fee (2,000 KRW per ticket).

  • Reselling purchased tickets is strictly prohibited. Illegally traded tickets will be canceled without prior notice at the discretion of the organizer, and entry will be denied at the venue even if the ticket is presented.  

  • The organizer, host, and official ticket vendor are not responsible for any damages or issues arising from tickets purchased through unofficial channels.  

  • By reserving a ticket, you agree to the concert guidelines. These guidelines may be updated or modified, so please review them before purchasing or attending the concert to avoid any inconvenience.

On-Site Operations Information

Box Office Operations
  • Operating hours : From 4 hours before the concert starts until after the performance begins (subject to change depending on on-site conditions).  

  • Please bring a valid ID and your smart ticket when collecting your tickets.  

  • Printed reservation confirmations cannot be used for entry; you must show your smart ticket.

  • On the day of the performance, ticket exchanges or refunds will not be permitted for any reason. On-site sales will be available only for remaining seats.

  • School IDs, employee IDs, national health insurance cards, resident registration certificates, and public official IDs cannot be used for identification or ticket collection. However, elementary school students may be verified with a resident registration certificate or health insurance card.  

  • Issuance certificates must be stamped with the institution’s official seal, and include personal details, a photo, an issuance number, and a valid period covered with a transparent sticker. If tampering is suspected, the document will not be accepted.  

  • Mobile IDs that are transferred, captured, or used in any form other than the official app, will not be accepted for any reason.

  • Failure to bring the required valid ID is the sole responsibility of the attendee, and no ticket cancellations or refunds will be issued on the day of the performance.

Entry Information
  • Venue entry time: Doors open 1 hour and 30 minutes before the performance
    (subject to change depending on on-site conditions).  

  • Entry may be restricted after the performance begins, so please arrive well in advance of the start time. No ticket changes or refunds will be issued for delays caused by personal issues such as traffic or parking.

Audience Guidelines

Filming Notice
  • This performance will be recorded and filmed. Your portrait, voice, or other behaviors and statements (hereafter referred to as "portrait, etc.") may be captured in audio, video, and photos during and around the event. These recordings may be used worldwide for commercial purposes, advertising, promotional purposes, media coverage, or any other purpose without limitation. By attending this event, you consent to your "portrait, etc." being included in such recordings without any additional notification or approval, and agree to its commercial use.

Safety Precautions
  • Those seated near the stage should be particularly mindful of special effects (e.g., fireworks, loud sounds, etc.).  

  • Pregnant women, the elderly, or those with health issues such as heart conditions or high blood pressure should carefully consider attendance. (If a medical incident occurs due to ignoring medical advice, it may be deemed your own fault.)  

  • For safety, please avoid leaning on railings while watching the performance.  

  • The staff's guidance is for your safety, so please cooperate, and avoid any behaviors that may disturb other audience members during the concert.  

  • If you or someone around you experiences an unexpected accident or health issue, please seek assistance from the nearest staff member.  

  • For safety and orderly conduct, please refrain from holding personal events or distributing items around the venue. If such actions disrupt audience flow, order, or on-site operations, you may be asked to leave. We appreciate your voluntary cooperation.

Audience Etiquette
  • All actions that infringe on copyright, including photographing, video recording, audio recording, and broadcasting, are strictly prohibited. If caught, your recordings will be deleted, and repeated offenses may result in forced removal from the venue. 
    (In such cases, no ticket refunds or cancellations will be issued.)  

  • For the sake of others behind you, please avoid wearing items like glow-in-the-dark headbands that might obstruct their view.  

  • Prohibited items inside the venue
    - All food and drinks except water
    - Cans, glass bottles, hard plastic cups, or any item that may pose a danger to others (e.g., weapons, fireworks, poles, selfie sticks, etc.)
    - Professional cameras with telephoto lenses(e.g. DSLR), video recording cameras, and audio recording equipment (all devices except mobile phones)  
    - Laser pointers or laser pens
